Shipments are arranged with the shipping line you prefer or with whom you have Service Contract or lowest rates. During peak season, blocking space on carrier, using the influence to make the vessel desired. Last minute rush in facilitating the load on board the vessel even if it requires all night stay at port. Online visibility and prompt response by professional just as your own inhouse personnel.
Service Contract availability, maintenance & negotiation
Your Service Contract rates available to you & others you authorize online, data updated & maintained with current accessorial charges. We assist in negotiation competitive rates from Shipping Lines and watch for GRI & Peak Season Surcharges applied by them. We can also relieve you from taking full liability of MQC, if desired.
Routing Interruptions
Our experienced personnel will make the desired changes under your instructions and will follow through to your expectations and update the status online to keep everybody concerned to be aware of disruption & change. We are experienced to suggest alternatives and appoint & direct the vendors after taking your approval.
Customs Broker Coordination
Your broker will get complete documentation on time with shipment status information to enable them to expedite customs clearance in time to avoid high demurrage & detention charges. You would get online status of broker's performance as well & may not even have to call anybody unless you wish to alter. An in-house broker can be arranged if that is what it takes to make your products' distribution in-line.
Supplier's Performance Coordination
We assist your supplier (no language barrier) to perform by being a coordinator and online status reports available to either/both of you. We will have advance shipment reservations with carrier/s for the dates shipment can be effected. Regular followup with supplier is kept abreast of production status. If multiple suppliers at origin, we will work with your consolidator, collect documents, release of Forwarder's Cargo Receipt and arrange transportation under your direction including loading containers for shipment just as your own personnel would do from in-house.
Documentation Distribution
Shipment documents' timely distribution to facilitate & expedite customs clearance, movement with status update online. Will assure that shipment documents reached in right hands, the process is completed and there is no hindrance which may cause last minute delay, additional cost or frustration. All this with full privacy and in confidence just as your own person.
Internal Program Update
Your internal programs can be updated daily with shipment status, Packing List etc. We call your supplier (language is not a barrier), check & update the status and follow through to your concerns. Just the same as your own personnel would do.
Claim Processing
Determining the cause of damage, evaluation of responsibility and collection of appropriate documentation just to process a claim filing requires experienced and knowledgeable staff. We do involve Surveyor &/or professional law firm under consent with you for Cargo &/or Liability claims. Our person will take over the burden of this process, will have status informed to you and try to resolve & get claim paid timely.
